Eligibility: Participants must be legal residents of New Zealand. To be eligible, participants must sign up for the Toyworld Club during the promotion period (1st September – 20th September 2026) or already be a member at the time of entry.

Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. If the entrant is under 15 years old, parental or guardian consent is required for Toyworld Club membership.

Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be randomly drawn and then announced on Friday 25th September, 2026. The winner will be notified via the email provided during Toyworld Club sign-up and announced on social media. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If no response is received, the prize will be redrawn.

The winner must be present in-store to claim the prize or may nominate another Child under 15 years to participate in the Toy Grab on their behalf.

Toy Grab Event Rules: The Toy Grab must take place at the winner’s local Toyworld store and be scheduled in coordination with the store. The winner (or their nominated participant) must complete the Toy Grab no later than Sunday 11th October 2026.

The participant in the Toy Grab must be a child under the age of 15 at the time of the event. The child must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver for supervision but must complete the Toy Grab alone. The child will have 2 minutes to grab as many toys as they can and place them on the checkout counter. No baskets, trolleys, or assistance from others is allowed during the Toy Grab. The total value of the toys collected must not exceed $2,000 NZD. All toys, including clearance and sale items, are eligible. If the chosen child is unavailable or unable to participate (e.g., due to illness), another eligible child must be nominated.

Marketing & Privacy: The winner’s name will be announced on social media as part of the promotional activities. Photos and videos of the Toy Grab event will be take n and used for marketing purposes. Participation in the promotion constitutes consent for this use. Refusal to have names, photos, or videos used is not permitted, as it is a condition of entry. Personal information collected for this promotion will not be shared with third parties and will be used solely for administering the competition.

General Conditions: The Toy Grab must be completed by Sunday 11th October 2026.

No extensions will be granted. Toyworld reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms. Toyworld reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
