Click & Collect is available at selected TOYWORLD stores. To find stores available, please use Stock in Store or select your local store at checkout.

WHAT PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE TO CLICK & COLLECT?
You are able to Click & Collect any product that’s available to purchase on the website at your local store.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CLICK & COLLECT?
No, Click and Collect is a free service.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY TO PICK UP?
You will receive a Ready to Collect email advising that your order is ready for collection. If you’d like Contact Free pick-up, please contact your pick up store directly to organize.
WHAT DO I TAKE IN STORE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
When collecting your order in store you will need a copy of your order confirmation email and valid photo identification. Valid photo identification includes Driver's Licence, Passport and Proof of Age Card.
CAN SOMEONE COLLECT THE ORDER ON MY BEHALF?
If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, you can nominate a person when you checkout. They will need a copy of the order confirmation email and valid photo identification.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?
Your order will be held for 7 days after being confirmed as ready for pick up. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled and a refund processed.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to return all or part of your order, you can do so at your local Toyworld store. Visit the Returns &Exchanges page for further information.
