Take your email confirmation and valid ID with you to collect.

Click & Collect is available at all TOYWORLD stores except Lower Hutt, Johnsonville and Matamata. To find stores available, please use Stock in Store or select your local store at checkout. Store trading hours do vary by location, visit the Store Locator page for further information.

You will receive a Ready to Collect email advising that your order is ready for collection.
When collecting your order in store you will need a copy of your order confirmation email and valid photo identification.Valid photo identification includes Driver's Licence, Passport and Proof of Age Card.
If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, you can nominate a person when you checkout.They will need a copy of the order confirmation email and valid photo identification.
We’ll keep your order safe and ready for you for 30 days from the time it’s confirmed as ready to collect. If you need a little extra time, don’t worry just contact your local store and we’ll be happy to extend the collection period for you. We’ll also send you a friendly reminder before your order is cancelled. If it still hasn’t been collected after 30 days (and no extension has been arranged), we’ll process a refund for you. We look forward to seeing you when you come in to pick it up!
